Unique tableware

Marjolein Bastin's tableware is made of high-quality porcelain. It is practical, sturdy, and timeless. Its robustness makes it ideal for everyday use. Despite its sturdiness, it is a very delicate and subtle piece. And thanks to Marjolein's handmade paintings, no two pieces are identical.


To create high-quality porcelain, at least three types of raw materials are used: quartz, kaolin, and feldspar. After shaping the porcelain using a potter's wheel and molds, a three-month drying process follows, during which the porcelain is fired twice. The raw materials are fired at extremely high temperatures, making the porcelain so robust. After various quality tests, the porcelain is ready to be painted.
